Summary:

 

This role is responsible for the management and analysis of consumer engagement and loyalty program initiatives through Aerosoles.com, Aerosoles stores, email, direct mail & catalogs. Implements strategies and tactics to drive sales, grow the Aerosoles loyalty program and increase engagement, acquisition and repurchase rates while optimizing profit.  Analyzes and interprets data & campaigns to identify consumer segments and for delivering personalized content through targeted emails, catalogs and online messaging.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationship w/CRM Vendor and Loyalty Platform
  • Provides in-depth analysis on Consumer behavior
  • Develop, manage, and execute Loyalty Program strategy
  • Manage issuance of Rewards
  • Manage segmentation & selection for catalog mailings
  • Manage relationship w/co-op database, CRM vendor & printer to support monthly catalog mailings
  • Provide segmentation for catalogs mailing and coordinate w/mail house, etc
  • Reliant on Zeta for advanced analytics

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in managing CRM, email marketing programs, retention & reactivation campaigns in a direct to consumer ecommerce environment
  • BA/BS degree
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Analytical, detail oriented and organized
  • Effective at meeting deadlines independently
  • Knowledgeable in Can-Spam & other privacy laws/regulations
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics & Cheetahmail
